Day 1 – Fruits Day

Day 2 – Vegetables Day

Day 3 – Fruit And Vegetable Day

Day 4 – Milk And Banana Day

14 On the fourth of your diet, you are going to eat only bananas and milk. You can have as many as 10 bananas and 3 glasses of milk during the day.

Day 5 – Feast Day

15 On the fifth day you are allowed to have lean meat today. Indulge in lean chicken or fish fillets and eat as many as 8 tomatoes. Increase the water intake from 12 glasses to 15 glasses to flush out uric acid that your body will produce today.

Day 6 – Red Meat and Vegetables

16 Today you are allowed to consume red meat for your lunch. You can as many servings of vegetables as you want to have all through the day. You will start feel lighter today.

Day -7 – Rice And Vegetables

17 On the last day of this diet, you are allowed to have rice for your lunch. Opt for brown rice and have it together with vegetables of your choice. You can also have 1 potato today. You are also allowed to drink fresh fruit or vegetables juices. Your 7 day diet is complete, you will feel much lighter and by end of day 7 you would notice that there is difference in your weight.
