There have been different techniques for losing or maintain weight. Some have good time in their hands to go to the gym and others prefer a smart workout. It involves high intensity exercises and literally burning your body in lesser duration. They always say, workout smarter, not longer. So here are few exercises which you could do which would equate your 1 hour session of workout.

1. Jumping Jacks

5 The age old exercise is marvelous as it makes use of all the muscles in your body. When you jump you have to spread your legs o your sides and raise your arms straight over your head. Then you have to jump back to the original position quickly. Do them as much as you can!

2. Push-Ups

2 Shoulder, knees and feet should be in one line while you lay down facing the ground, as shown in the image. Now lower your body while bending only your arms and keep your elbows close. If trying to develop pectoral muscles and triceps, this workout proves the best.

3. Lunges

4 While keeping your hands at waist, take a big step forward with your right foot and bend it, making a right angle with your body and floor and the left knee should be touching the floor. Go back to the original position and repeat with the left leg. Ensure that your back remains straight all times.

4. Mountain Climber

3 Strengthen your stomach muscles by indulging in this exercise. While you are lying straight facing the ground, tense your abs and then lift the right leg pulling it towards your chest. Back and hips should remain at the fixed position. Bring your body back to original position.

5. Sit-Ups

1 Stand in a position where your feet are shoulder width apart. Crouch down as you would while sitting on a chair. Keep your back straight and get as low as you could balance properly. This would strain your leg and butt muscles.
