In the first week of exercise you will need to do each exercise for 30 seconds with a rest of 15 seconds. Repeat the circuit twice. In the second week you will need to perform 2 circuits of the exercises with each exercise of 45 seconds and rest period of 15 seconds. In the third week you will need to do each exercise for 50 seconds with a gap of 10 seconds rest in between the exercises. Follow three circuits in the third week. Keep yourself motivated and follow the routine with determination. In 21 days you will notice that you have not attained a new shape but you have also got high energy levels all through the day.
